Embodied Leadership | Art of Relating | Somatics | Field Facilitation

I believe that truly seeing yourself—and being seen—is a fundamental human need. It’s also the foundation for meaningful growth. As a coach & facilitator, I work with mission-driven leaders who want to stay connected to what truly matters, lead with clarity, relation skills and presence, and grow into the most grounded and impactful version of themselves.

During the last five years I’ve supported those who are ready to reconnect with purpose and create real, sustainable change. My approach integrates both mind and body—because the most lasting transformation happens when we engage the whole person. When people are fully present and resourced in their bodies, they show up differently: more authentic, more resilient, and more effective.

My story

I’ve always been fascinated by human potential—by how people evolve, learn, and grow throughout their lives. That’s why, after university, I started leading the creation and management of online career development programs, with a strong focus on designing modules in key soft skills such as communication, leadership, and problem-solving. My goal was always to support people in becoming more capable, confident, and successful in their careers.

In parallel, I immersed myself in personal development and meditation. Yet something was missing. I often felt held back by anxiety and the fear of being fully seen, especially when things got challenging. I felt closed of from others, not safe in my body and struggled to connect deeply which led to feelings of loneliness. Only later did I understand what was happening: my nervous system didn’t have the capacity to regulate under stress. I would freeze whenever I needed to open up my voice or say something vulnerable. My body simply wasn’t equipped to stay grounded in high-pressure situations and I felt that I hit a ceiling in my growth.

Only when I began working with the nervous system, exploring somatic and relational practices, I finally found the missing piece. I built a deeper relationship with my body—and from that place, everything started to shift.

Since then, I’ve devoted myself to studying the art of Embodied Leadership, Somatics and Relating. In my work , I guide people into deeper embodied self-awareness—a critical foundation for anyone who wants to move beyond old patterns and create a future that aligns with their values. Our unconscious reactions to pressure often originate from early life experiences that were designed to protect us—but now, those patterns can block us from leading effectively and living fully.

In coaching, I work directly with those patterns through embodied practice. This work creates real shifts in leadership presence, communication, and resilience.

My role is to guide that transformation—with clarity, presence, and grounded support.

I bring a coaching style that is both warm and direct. I’m here to challenge and support in equal measure. My work is practical, experiential, and focused on what actually creates change—for you, your team, and your organization.
